Sofia's Dream is a sweet children's story written by Land Wilson. Sofia makes a dreamy visit to the Moon and sees the Earth from the old Moon's wise and somewhat sad viewpoint. When she wakes up, she is moved to do all she can to protect her precious home. Written in a soothing lullaby style, the book's strong message is presented in a gentle manner, and is perfect for children and adults alike. Find out more at each stop of the blog book tour. Sophia's Dream, and the other Pickle Press children's books, all sound wonderful. I'm always looking for appropriate grandchildren books - ones that convey important info but are positive, hopeful and charming - and will be looking for them.
This book is so charming; inside and out! The words are as beautiful as the art, and the combination is a perfect match for the book’s wonderful message! A memorable adventure!!
Thank you Victoria for supporting the release of this very special and beautiful book. The more people conveying the message about protecting the precious planet, the better!
Wonderful premise in rhyming couplets for adults and children to share. Def. a keeper with a most important message. And Sophia has the sweetest face!
I'm looking forward to reading this book with my son. It sounds lovely.
